Welcome to another edition of #SponsoredStudentTuesday ! Today, let’s meet Jalada from Chimbuna community in Malawi, one of our more recent Power students. Jalada is 15 years old and just completed Grade 11 in her first year in the ‘Education Is Power’ program. She has two brothers and one sister. As an extrovert and an enthusiastic communicator, Jalada excels at speaking English. In fact, at our 'Education is Power' workshop earlier this year, Jalada won an award for best public speaker. But Jalada's favorite subject in school is actually mathematics.
