BLUEBERRY VANILLA PROTEIN OATS 🫐🥣✨
Protein oats have been one of my go-to breakfasts for years now! I love that they only take 5 mins to make, are high in protein, and you can change up the toppings each day!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 2/3 cup water
- Pinch of salt
- 1 serving promix vanilla whey protein
- 1/4 cup blueberries or any fruit
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tsp honey
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
How to:
- Add the oats, water and pinch of salt to a bowl and microwave for 1 min.
- Stir in the protein powder until it’s completely mixed in. You can add your toppings now for more creamy oats, or microwave for another 30 seconds for a cake-like texture. I add the frozen blueberries then microwave for 30 seconds!
- Add peanut butter, honey and cinnamon (or any toppings you like) and enjoy! 🫶
