Last weekend, mooredarnell and I curated a dinner with a group of leaders who are at the center of the arts and culture scene in our hometown of Camden, New Jersey. The evening was epic and inspiring. We talked, ate delicious food, shared visions of #ourCamden and what it means to be #IAmCamden.   Sending gratitude to our co-hosts tlcovpa imjustmissnye and samirnichols_, a lot of love to the Camden Historical Society for hosting us, and a special thank you to mayorcarstarphen for attending and solidifying his support.   Additionally, shoutout to all of the Camden-based, Black and/or women vendors who supported the evening. We couldn’t have done it without floral arrangements by creationsbyjenn29 , food from cakesbyshantae, and photography by hiphopnerdphoto.   Finally, thank you to every single person who attended. We see all that you do every day for Camden, and look forward to continuing to build with you.
