Alright hear me out. The Jets trading Sam Darnold makes a ton of sense, and the Colts should be calling about him. I’m projecting that Sam nets a 2nd and 3rd round pick, but I wouldn’t be shocked if he goes for a first from a contending team.⠀ ⠀ WHY WOULD THE JETS SAY YES - Right now the Jets have the 1st overall pick all to themselves, and the fact that they have kept Adam Gase makes me think that this is part of their plan.
