Oh how hydrangeas in the heat keep me up at night! But, I found a little trick for hydrangeas that locks in moisture and help them fare better in the heat, or out of water in a bridal bouquet. 🤍Using craft spray adhesive, spray top petals and underneath. Make sure it dries clear. Let dry fully. 🤍 It really gives them some longevity in heat! In this experiment, we kept the hydrangea outside in water in 100 degrees for 2 hours in the shade, then out of water in direct sun for an hour and it was in great shape! We’ll use this trick in this weekend’s hydrangea and orchid bridal-it worked so well last time.
