Leveling the playing field for Black Creatives, a lot of times is about lifting one another up and creating a sense of community because when you look around, there’s not enough of us in certain industries. It’s not always about getting a handout. It’s about building bonds, establishing relationships built on genuineness, love, accountability and so much more. This is something I take serious and I’m intentional about who share my energy, my mind and my time with. After spending hours upon hours being annoyed by chance.mitchelll (love this kid haha) I see the value in what mentorship really looks like.
