We live in a place where, unless you are born rich, we have to create some sort of balance between living and making money. And for many, making the money takes away time and energy to live. We reject this spiraling trope. We want to work, but we don’t want to suffer. We want to build community, but we don’t want to become a cog in a system that wants to chew us up alive. We are still searching to find the balance between our reality (surrounded by nature, in love with the water and trees) and the reality of the environment around us (go go go, money is king, ignore suffering and push forward til we are drained). We know a better way is out there for all of us. We know that it will take working together, healing together, grieving together, and real WORK to get there.
