One of the participating restaurants for the Denver Food + Wine Festival is the highly acclaimed @fruitionrestaurant. I recently visited Fruition, and was absolutely blown away by the experience. Fruition opened in 2007, and I often hear people list it as one of the best restaurants in Denver, and I can definitely see why. All of the dishes that we tried were so inventive and incredibly delicious.
