About 72 hours ago, in the middle of practice we were told that we were removed from playoffs because of a violation & that our season was over. It has been an emotional couple of days knowing that what we have worked so hard for this season was ripped away. We had no idea that our last game Tuesday night would be the last time we would all ever play together. I would do anything to be back on the court with these girls one last time. Despite the unexpected end to our season, I couldn’t be prouder of my girls. We were ranked #1 and were the only undefeated team in the state. We won our first region title & were everyone’s favorite to win the championship. We were a special group and no one will ever take this season away from us. I’m so grateful to of had such an amazing season to end my high school career with.
