A good friend of ours and fellow coach fraserbayley said something today that really resonated with me. He had mentioned how many times he hears people say, “I know what I need to do and eat to reach my goals I just need to actually do it”. I’ve heard that more times than I can count and while it sounds like a good excuse there a far more variables involved than just staying away from fast food. The amount of calories along with the breakdown of macros and micronutrients all play a huge part in you actually reaching your goals AND feeling good!
