WEEK 12😱🌟
It’s so crazy how it’s been 12 weeks since my ACL surgery! This week I prioritize strength and mobility. Like the weeks before taking walks is something I really enjoy doing and it really helps me get my steps in for the day!🫶🏽 I’ve been trying to go to the gym 3-5 times a week to get my quad strength back🏋🏽♀️ right now my favorite exercise is goblet squats, hack squat and leg press. I’ve been also trying to strengthen my hamstrings because before I would always have some sort of hamstring injury or issue, so I’ve been doing a lot of RDLs and now starting to do some deadlifts!💪🏽 I’m also add more planks for core and continuing to fire up my hip flexors🔥 I’m excited to see what I can accomplish next week and really focus on getting to full range of motion🙏🏽🙏🏽
