We're thrilled to share that on August 7th (just in time for fall migration!), our Feather Friendly bird collision products were installed on the iconic Conservation Carousel at henryvilaszoo in Madison—thanks to a special partnership with sossaveoursongbirds (SOS). In a collaborative effort to protect birds, both Feather Friendly and SOS proudly donated these bird-safe markers to the zoo. This project is our way of giving back to the community and making a difference in bird conservation. Volunteers from the Southern Wisconsin Bird Alliance swibirds discovered that migrating birds were colliding with the carousel glass panels at the Zoo, and we knew we had to help. Our innovative window treatment will make the glass visible to birds, preventing these tragic collisions.
