We wrapped up our Summer Series with an Art of Entertaining dinner on a picture-perfect night at Alex Wight’s Crown Jewel restaurant, located on Great Diamond Island off the coast of Portland, Maine. Guests arrived via the Cherry Ferry, accompanied by our very own “cruise director,” donzumoto. ⁠ ⁠ During cocktail hour at crownjewelportland, guests sipped on seasonal drinks, including the Yonic Tonic lillet spritz with charred pineapple; the Peridot Topknot with codigo1530 tequila, honeydew, and mint syrup; and the Pajarita non-alcoholic pineapple refresher. We snacked on deviled eggs with caviar, oysters with hibiscus gin granita, and summer pea crostini with kerrygoldusa Reserve Cheddar and mint. The charcuterie board featured other Kerrygold faves, including Dubliner and Cashel Blue Farmhouse Cheese.⁠ ⁠ Dinner was a seafood feast of hamachi crudo with tomato water, serrano peppers, and smoked oil; grilled prawns with chili-lime honey butter; fried oysters with chipotle mayo and apple...
