Team Cherry Bombe recently spent a beautiful morning at lundbergfarms in Richvale, California, alongside cookbook author Marcela Valladolid. Fourth-generation rice farmer britalundberg and her dad, Bryce Lundberg, led us around their family’s rice farm so we could learn all about their regenerative organic farming philosophy. When we arrived bright and early at 5 a.m. to catch the sunrise, Brita and Bryce helped us into hip waders before walking us through their regenerative organic rice fields. They told us that their philosophy is simple: leave the land better than you found it.
