For many of us at L’AVANT, Nordstrom isn’t just a store—it’s a place where we began our careers, made lasting memories, and found inspiration for the journey that led us here. More than half of our team has worked for Nordstrom at some point in our lives. For many, including our co-founder Lindsay, it was our very first job. Lindsay started her Nordstrom journey as a stock person at Brass Plum during her freshman year of high school. From those early days of organizing clothes in the backroom, she worked her way up, using her earnings to help pay for college and develop her love for business and fashion. Nordstrom is in our DNA.
