The truth is, I love black coffee. Hot, cold, room temperature - it’s all delicious to me. But I realize that my body needs something nutritious than my straight coffee. This is my go-to coffee hack when I don’t feel like eating, but need some fuel (that’s not solid caffeine 😂) to have a productive day.
