Saturday is the International Day for People of African Descent, an opportunity to celebrate the extraordinary contributions of the African diaspora around the world and recommit to eliminating all forms of discrimination against people of #AfricanDescent. “Together, let’s do our part to vanquish racism and discrimination, and build a world of equality, opportunity and justice for all,” said #UnitedNations Secretary-General antonioguterres. From speaking up and spreading words of tolerance and compassion to engaging in constructive discussions and volunteering in support of vulnerable groups, all of us can do our part to #StandUp4HumanRights and #FightRacism, discrimination and hatred.
