For the last month I’ve started going to the hot tub and meditating once a week. It’s been a great way to relax my body but to also relax my mental. I usually follow it up by drawing or reading a book, just to encourage mindfulness for the rest of the day. 🧘🏻
I may only be one month in and going only once a week, but I can’t lie about the benefits. As someone who battles mental health everyday, I know that everyday is different and everything requires different methods. Thus, adding this in once a week was perfect for me because it takes away the focus on mental health, and instead focuses on fun. For me, it acts as a psychological trick, and I’m loving it. 🥰
