Replacing old amalgams by maltethedentist... ・・・ “Holy crack”... I dont mind amalgam restorations... They have issues though - mechanical issues... So when replacing old amalgams you better “mind the crack”... I dont remove cracks but try and cover the cusps that need it... “In compression we trust” xD In this case covering the lingual cusps and flattening the occlusal contacts and eliminating horisontal loads :) #directcomposite #vocograndiosoheavyflow (WO for masking the dark dentin)
