Lobster Corn Dogs 🦞🤯 With football season upon us, I’ve been working on gameday recipes and this one’s a banger 🔥 Don’t be intimidated, it’s hella easy and the flavor is absolutely major 💯 . wildforkfoods North Atlantic lobster tails kewpieusa mayo melindasfoods sriracha . 1️⃣ Remove tail meat from shell and skewer. This will help keep them from curling and also act as our corn dog skewer. 2️⃣ Place in boiling water for 4 minutes then into an ice bath. 3️⃣ Make tempura batter according to package directions. Stir in 1/4 cup corn meal. Season with garlic and onion powder or seasoning of choice. Pour batter into cup to make dipping easier. 4️⃣ Remove tails from ice bath and pat dry. Dip into batter then into oil heated to 360 degrees. Fry 2-3 minutes until light golden brown and crispy. Combine mayo, sriracha and lemon choice to make sauce and drizzle over.
