September is a super month for skywatching!
Five different planets, from Mercury to Saturn, will be visible in the night sky at different parts of the month.
If you're looking for something a little closer to home, though, you're in luck: not only is this month's full moon a supermoon, but skywatchers in the Americas, Europe, and Africa will be able to see a partial lunar eclipse on the night of Sept. 17!
