Judy Keegan remembers her close friend, Barbara Macdonald, who was asleep in her home when a plane crashed into it on Saturday, August 31. Macdonald had worked in a bank and was retired. She and husband Kent Walton had lived at the 190-home Fairview Terrace development for nearly two decades. Macdonald and Keegan were inseparable; many called them “Lucy and Ethel,” Keegan said. The two made sure things were in order at the complex clubhouse and pool and shopped together so frequently at Kohl’s that people thought they worked there.
