A year ago, my four-legged @bowiethekleekai broke his back zoomer and went in for his first of what would end up being six surgeries, one of which would make him my three-legged best friend. It was the start of a long and difficult journey to recovery, and a year that was emotionally, financially and physically challenging, but so worth it.
