Working in sports as a woman is extremely challenging. And just like sports, the challenges are more mental than physical. I've experienced more online harassment and sexism than anyone ever should, but unfortunately many young women are exposed to the same doubt, criticism, and obstacles in every industry. @VICE recognizes this and supports our decision to strike tomorrow, but because I know the sports world needs more women, I am choosing to go to work. I already know my team at @vicesports supports and appreciates me, and I know they need me.
