It’s that time of year again for Wexler’s Smoked Bird Thanksgiving dinner. Our house-brined house-smoked Free Range Mary’s Turkey is served with all the homemade fixin’s - pan drippings gravy, mashed potatoes, challah stuffing with mushrooms and sage, @smfms Big Salad, Autumn Squash Soup and sourdough rolls. Serves 4-6 people. And don’t worry if you have some leftovers!
