POV if you want more protein in your diet but are tired of boring chicken 😴 this recipe is for you! Over a year ago when I decided to get 150g of protein in a day I felt overwhelmed but now I realize how easy it is!
Here’s the recipe:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2️⃣ Blend together:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp garlic salt & pepper
3️⃣ Line your pan with parchment paper and a spritz of non-stick spray.
4️⃣ Pour the mixture onto the lined pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350°F. (Pro tip: Broil for an extra minute for that perfect crunch! 😉)
5️⃣ While your “chips” are baking, mix:
- 1 can of chicken organic or shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 large spoonful of Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp ranch
- A handful of chopped celery
6️⃣ Cut up your “chips” and dig in! 🙌
