We need self care!!! It’s not selfish!!
In a world of go go go....that’s now slowed down and remains stressful....it’s so important to draw some boundaries for our health!!!
Our gut and brain health is connected! All those nervous butterfly feels in our stomach cycle throughout our body and show up in many different ways!!! ⚡️(I went through several months it felt like spiders were crawling inside my arms due to my anxiety)
If you’re like me, and sometimes manage to keep them quiet, then it’s your head processing a whole bunch of things at once trying to drown out everything else. Keeping yourself and nervous energy moving with busy type tasks! Probably not always productive tasks either! 🙈
Things we can do for ourselves as part of self care....
🤸♀️ Move the body, get in that workout, go for a walk.
📱 put electronics down an hour or so before bed. Give yourself some space to unwind.
