I hope everyone has a great 4th of July weekend! 4th of July is my favorite holiday!!! It’s like Christmas to me bc it has always meant friends, family, food & fun! You get to be outside, hopefully near water to swim in and no stressing over what to buy people ! 😄 There has been a lot of stress and crazy routine changes that have been hard on us this year so enjoy the weekend in a way that brings peace for you! In the safest way possible too! I’m not against all the sweet treats & 🥂 that might be available this weekend but reminder to give your body some good protein and veggies this weekend also! And stay hydrated!!! Staying caffeinated and on a sugar high all weekend doesn’t actually help our bodies unwind from stress! It keeps us wired and tired! Then you add sun & heat and we’re exhausted! Then Monday comes and you’re not only exhausted but any feelings of anxiety/depression/chronic fatigue you were trying to bury come right back! The gut - brain connection is real! And...
