Pressing pause and regrouping. 🌸 A lot going on this week, a lot to process. Many of us, like myself, probably fully agreed with some of the statements going on around the need for change but lacked the words or space to process the information that flooded our feeds! 🌸 I know I do. I want to stay informed and educated and I truly appreciate seeing pop up zoom calls being lead to have important and educational conversations. 🌸 Coming out of quarantine, a time when everyone’s schedules were spontaneously turned upside, I know the flood of educational tools felt like information overload! 🌸 Since I don’t have kids I have a lot more freedom in my time but still felt overwhelmed in catching up on all the educational materials coming my way! 🌸 It’s ok to process, slow down, we don’t have to read all the things at once! 🌸 Personally, I took screenshots of things I wanted to look up later, I saved posts I wanted to read in my IG collections.
