Did you know if you struggle in the plank form like I do, you can do mountain climbers at an incline?⠀

Keep you back flat, not rounded. Walk out a comfortable distance from the base to get an incline that is challenging but doable. ⠀

If this is even too much you can just hold a wall, countertop or chair and stand upright while picking your knees up. Pick them up, alternating legs, and don’t worry about how high you get them or how fast you go.⠀

For either form focus on keeping your core tight and lifting with your lower abs more than your legs. ⠀
