3. Add extended holds⠀

4. Add more weight 🙄 obviously 😄⠀

5. Focus on Time under Tension!!!!! Slow the move down and keep perfect form!⠀

6. Add more reps!!! ⠀

7. Add a little extra speed, or slow it down depending on exercise ⠀
