WEEK 13 LETS GOOOOO💪🏽🌟 Also don’t tell my surgeon I’m walking around without my brace😅 my leg gets really tired of wearing it🤫 this week I really focused on bending my leg to push it towards 135 degrees! It’s really painful but I really want to not have to wear my brace anymore and for that to happen I need to bend my knee at 135-140 degrees🦵🏽 pushing to bend my knee has been an interesting process, the more I increase degrees the more difficult and painful it becomes. This is because the amount of scares tissue buildup from my surgery. This week I reach 109 degrees which is exciting!
