On Sunday, the #Dbacks and #DbacksGiveBack joined teams across MLB in raising awareness for the fight against childhood cancer. During a special pregame ceremony, we welcomed patients, families and staff from phxchildrens to the field where they were recognized for their courage and dedication, and for continuing to inspire us all. Our first pitch was thrown by 10-year old Spencer from Page, AZ who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in 2022 and has worked hard to build strength trough softball, soccer, cheer and 4-H. We closed out the ceremony with a donation of $100,000 to Phoenix Children's on behalf of the D-backs Foundation to further support their mission to provide world-class medical care to children from Arizona and beyond. #childhoodcancerawareness 💛
