Stephen.Wilson.Jr has one of the most unique backgrounds. Raised by a single father who was a boxer, Stephen was boxing from the age of seven and even became an Indiana State Golden Gloves finalist! His journey didn’t stop in the ring. After moving to Nashville to study microbiology, he ended up touring the world as the lead guitarist for the indie rock band AutoVaughn before shifting his focus to songwriting. Today, Stephen’s distinct blend of indie rock, grunge, and country—self-described as “Death Cab For Country”—has captured the hearts of fans around the globe. From writing hits for artists like Brothers Osborne and Old Dominion to touring with major acts, he’s now making waves with his own music, including his debut EP bon aqua and the single “American Gothic” featuring another #LITValum HaileyWhitters.
