Nisha (rainbowplantlife ) and I have been friends for seven years! And like me, Nisha also went to law school, worked in big law, and gave it all up to dive headfirst into food. Well, ok, that’s not entirely true. We both dipped a toe in it, then went waist deep, and then went all in. Nisha did this a LOT faster than I did, though! Big Vegan Flavor is an UTTER TRIUMPH.
