How to make Strawberry Matcha Choc Cookies! 🍓 Makes 12 cookies 🍪 Ingredients
1 ½ cup plain flour
1 tbsp Matcha Maiden’s Organic Matcha powder
1 tsp cornstarch
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
½ cup unsalted butter 
½ cup white sugar
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup white chocolate chips 1 block of Matcha Maiden Matcha White Chocolate 1 punnet of fresh strawberries 🍓 Instructions * Preheat oven to 175°C fan-forced. 
* In a mixing bowl, combine flour, matcha powder, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, salt and set aside.
* With an electric beater, beat butter and both sugars until it becomes light and fluffy. Add egg, vanilla extract and mix until combined.
* Add the flour mixture and mix until just combined. 
* Manually fold in chocolate chips.
* With a cookie or ice cream scoop, make cookie balls. Ensure each ball is a similar size for a consistent cooking time. * Place each cookie ball about 2 inches apart on a baking tray line...
