Holly James '22, a two-time appointee to the National LGBTQ Bar's Law Student Congressional Board, found her home at the University of South Carolina School of Law after transferring from the University of Montana—Alexander Blewett III School of Law. Of course, there is still work to be done and challenging conversations to be had, but I am hopeful about the path the law school community is forging together. The very equality attorneys fight for in court on behalf of their clients is too often not seen within the profession itself.
