A 16-year-old has been charged with m-rder in the high-profile k-lling of a #WestPhiladelphia gang leader and rapper, as well as multiple sh—tings across #NorthPhiladelphia last month. Aiden Waters is accused of k-lling two people and attempting to seriously injure or k-ll eight others within just five days in August, according to court records. Among those police say he k-lled is #AbdulVicks, a 25-year-old rapper and the head of a West Philadelphia-based gang known as the Young Bag Chasers, or YBC. Vicks, better known as #YBCDul, was k-lled in a drive-by sh—ting in Olney on Aug. 23.
