The Class of 2028 kicked off their UIndy journey with the first-ever Service for Impact Day! Over 150 students, faculty, and staff volunteered at over a dozen local nonprofits around Indianapolis.
"Serving others is what being a Greyhound is all about," said Marianna Foulkrod, Director of the Center for Service-Learning and Community Engagement. And that’s exactly what these new Greyhounds are doing—embracing UIndy’s motto, ‘Education for Service,’ and using their education to drive real change.
