✨Ingredients:
-8 medium eggs
-200 gr cane sugar
-200 gr all purpose flour
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-2 cans condensed milk (or arequipe / dulce de leche)
-100 gr sugar for dusting *optional*
Preheat oven to 400F. Add all the eggs to the bowl of a stand mixer and beat at medium-low speed for a minute. Gradually pour sugar into the bowl and increase the speed to medium-high.
