This #MajlisMonday, we wanted to share some wisdom from the late Martti Ahtisaari on peace, conflict and negotiations from his Nobel lecture in 2008. Martti Ahtisaari, former president of Finland, died last week. He received the Nobel Peace Prize in 2008 for his courageous work in mediating and resolving international conflicts over several decades, including in Namibia, Kosovo and Indonesia. His words are as true and salient today as ever.
