⚠️⚠️⚠️ It’s safe to say yesterday wasn’t a ‘career high’ for me as I fell short of retaining my pgatour card for next season. Unfortunately my performance over the past weeks and months hasn’t been at the high levels I expect of myself. But that’s golf and life at times, but I’ll come back fighting. What was more disappointing for me was to finish my round and be the victim of a number of online abuse/trolling messages. Fortunately I have a strong team around me and my self-belief will always triumph over others negative opinions of me or my actions. I genuinely feel sorry for those insecure keyboard warriors who feel the need to highlight other peoples mistakes or circumstances to gain some sort of weird high. So this message is a reminder to say ‘_lets be nice people_’ and really take time to think about what we say whether that be online or in the real world.
