It’s been a rough few weeks for me lately with injury keeping me away from competition. Glad to say the problems are finally over, and for the last 10 days I’ve been able to pick up training again. We’ve really missed competing together and are excited to come back at our HOME OPEN next week 🇳🇱 klm_open 🏌️‍♂️ Things started midway March in South Africa, with severe neck pain and headaches on the right side. I played poorly there. After coming home the pain intensified, and I seeked medical treatment, Mri, X-ray’s etc. Nothing conclusive came out. Midway through April I started to feel better and was able to practice a little bit again, but several days later the pain moved to the left side of my neck and head, and became much worse. I again saw the physio, chiropractor, accupuncturist, multiple times but nothing really helped.
