Event one is a SUPERTOTAL 🇺🇸 SuperTotal: • Individuals: 5 Rounds, 20 DU (RX), 10 DU (Scaled) to start each round • Round 1 6min- 3 attempts to establish a 1RM Snatch • Round 2 6min- 3 Attempts to establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk • Round 3 6min- 3 Attempts to establish a 1RM Back Squat • Round 4 6min- 3 Attempts to establish a 1RM Bench Press • Round 5 6min- 3 Attempts to establish a 1RM Deadlift • Rules: Must complete at least 1 of 3 attempts to move onto next round. Score= combined total of most weight moved for each lift. If no attempts are made on a lift, score= total of of most weight moved for lifts to that point (ie. Snatch- 200lbs, CJ- 300lbs, Back Squat- 400lbs, No lift on all Bench attempts, score= 900lbs) • Teams: 5 Rounds, EVERY Team member must complete 20/15DU Buy-in • Rounds are same as Individual, except for only 2 attempts per athlete • Rules: Each team member must complete 1 successful attempt in each round in order to move onto the next.
