A new pickleball venue is slated to open at the Lloyd Center in October, bringing a new draw to the struggling Northeast Portland mall. Jumbo’s Pickleball will open the new facility at the former Regal Cinema space adjacent to the food court on the third floor of the mall. The new facility will be 45,000 square feet with eight indoor courts available for league play, open play, lessons and tournaments. It will also have a merchandise store and a lounge area that sells food and drinks.
