When you are grinding on the range, working on something, make sure to break up your practice and throw in a few shots where you are just trying to shape the ball both ways - turn on that external part of your brain and get into that playful mode. It’s a great way to make practice feel more fun as too much of that internal work will just bog you down.
How I like to hit a draw: Feet and body aimed right, club head aimed a little left of your body alignment (but still right of where you want the ball to finish). I also like to feel my right shoulder a little higher thru impact - almost like a top spin forehand in tennis.
For a fade: feet and body aimed left, clubface open to your body but still left of your intended target, & swing along the lines of your feet and body. I also like to feel like the left shoulder drags more to the left thru impact which holds a bit more loft on the club face thru impact.
