No LD Tip today but as it’s Masters weekend, thought I would tell a story about the year a lady eating a bag of crisps (chips) potentially cost me a Green Jacket 😊 It was 2007 and it had been really cold and windy all week, scoring was really really tough. Stuart Appleby was leading after 3 rounds at +2 and I was 4 shots back heading into Sunday. After pitching in for eagle on the 8th at that point I stood just 1 shot off the lead. After a good drive on the ninth, I had a perfect number and just as I was about to hit, I was distracted by a lady patron making the most noise ever eating a bag of crisps 🤣🤣🤣. I had to back off the shot a couple of times while she was rustling thru her crisp bag. When I finally hit my approach, I had a Tin Cup moment - felt the breeze shift on my downswing and the ball came up a few yards short of the pin only to watch it roll some 30 yards back down the hill.
