Professionals close the club face a lot sooner in the swing than amateurs do. In the last few years, I’ve worked on this a lot with my coach @patgossnugolf & also with @jonsinclairgolf who through a lot of 3D work has helped me understand this motion better. This is certainly a little bit more of an advanced concept but while we are all stuck at home, working on this internally with slow repetitions without actually hitting balls can really pay off.
