Sunday off from golf, wife is away for work and Margherita is sleeping so it's a great time to review and analyze the stats of the first 8 events of the 2017 season to see where I am at with my game and where I still need to improve. The next three weeks will be very important to lay the foundations for the rest of the season; knowing exactly what part of my game I need to work on can make a massive difference in quality and efficiency of practice! I built this spreadsheet about 15 years ago, I named it StatisticGolf (creativity is never been my strongest asset) and I recorded every single tournament round since then! There are more than 1,000 rounds recorded now, anything from low 60s to low 80s, from my amateur days to Majors and Ryder Cup! Big thanks to markbroadie for giving me access to some of his data in 2011 when I had one of the few updates to the spreadsheet to include Strokes Gained for every single shot.
