It is known for the biggest reservoir of water in the planet. My strong connection to nature, specially to forests and trees took me several times to spend days in the Amazonia. Its currents of water, the variety of trees and plants, the clean air we breath, the silence broken by the songs of birds. There is a true sensation of quietness and perfection. It brings you to a deep contemplation of what nature can be. As time passes, I have seen how human interaction is affecting the environment, turning our forests into shadows and depleting the flying rivers which bring rain to South America. Deforestation, slash-and-burn farming practices are destroying forests and the consequent drought are the result of the ambitious intervention of the hand of man in nature. #cimateart #climateartcollection...
